Overview

HealthPro Heritage has a full-time great Physical Therapist Opportunity in Barton,Vermont! 

  • Close to Burke Mountain and Jay Peak.  Great location for winter skiing!
  • FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE! We are glad to offer a flexible schedule in regards to Snow/Weather Days and unexpected school closings! We will work together with you!
  • VERMONT LICENSURE REIMBURSEMENT UPON HIRE! (for local and out of state hires)

     

  • $5000 SIGN ON BONUS for qualified candidates!!
  • Pay Range: $50-60 per hour depending on experience
Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.

Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics to aid recovery, prevent injuries, and offer guidance on home routines and lifestyle changes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
