Overview

HealthPro Heritage has a great Full-Time Physical Therapist Opportunity in Atlanta, GA.  This Assisted Living Community is located at:

Brighton Gardens of Dunwoody1240 Ashford Center ParkwayAtlanta, Georgia 30338

  • Pay starting at $44/hr and up depending on experience
  • Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of GA.
  • Setting:  Providing Outpatient services to the residents of an Assisted Living/Memory Care community.  Provide care in an onsite gym or in the patient's room.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
