$80,000-$105,000 Annually + $7,500 Sign-On Bonus | New Graduates WelcomePosition SummaryAs a Physical Therapist with FYZICAL, you'll evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions while developing individualized plans of care based on each patient's needs and goals.
You'll work in a collaborative outpatient environment with opportunities to expand your clinical knowledge, develop specialized skills, and build a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient goals
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and strategies to support continued progress
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and members of the clinical team
- Provide a positive, patient-centered experience throughout the course of care
- Follow applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinic standards
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Florida licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team
- Desire to continue learning and developing professionally
