Key Responsibilities:- Perform evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver physical therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy goals and techniques
Qualifications:- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
