Physical Therapist Department Lead / Supervisor (PT) 1409 W. Carroll Ave. Chicago, IL | Monday-Thursday, 10am-6:30pm and Friday, 9am-5:30pm; opportunities for Saturdays, 8am-1:30pm
Compensation & Benefits- Total Compensation Package: Valued between $98,000-$111,000.
- Annual Salary: $80,000-$90,000, based on experience and qualifications.

About the RoleAs a Physical Therapist (PT) Department Lead / Supervisor at Eyas Landing, you will provide physical therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes while overseeing a team of Physical Therapists. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence growth.
Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized physical therapy.
- Implementing therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM).
- Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists, as well as social workers.
- Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care.
- Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Physical Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Required credentials to practice physical therapy.
- Experience working with children and/or clients with special needs preferred.
- Competencies: bold contributor, holding other accountable, dealing with ambiguity, and developing employees.
