Physical Therapist - Therapeutic Day Program

Chicago, IL | Predictable Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM schedule | No evenings or weekends required.

As a Physical Therapist (PT) at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide physical therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll foster each child's mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence growth through:
  • Providing individualized and group therapy
  • Implementing therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM)
  • Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists and social workers
  • Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
