Job DescriptionThe Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for delivering high-quality physical therapy services and supervising others in the delivery of care to support optimal patient outcomes. This role includes comprehensive patient evaluations, development and implementation of individualized plans of care, ongoing reassessment, and active participation in discharge planning. The Physical Therapist works collaboratively within an interdisciplinary, team-based care model that includes patients, families, significant others, and other healthcare professionals.
All services are delivered in alignment with ethical standards, organizational policies and procedures, national and professional guidelines, state practice acts, and current evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver and oversee the delivery of physical therapy services in accordance with established standards of care.
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care to maximize functional outcomes.
- Implement treatment plans and reassess patient progress to ensure effectiveness and appropriate modifications.
- Actively participate in discharge planning to support continuity of care and successful patient transitions.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including patients, significant others, and appropriate clinical disciplines.
- Provide care for pediatric and adolescent orthopedic patients as required.
- Ensure all services comply with ethical standards, organizational policies and procedures, state practice acts, national and professional standards, and current accepted best practices.
Required qualifications:- Coursework/Training: A graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy
- Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
