Job Description

Physical Therapist at Providence Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

The Physical Therapist supports the mission, vision, values and objectives of Saint John's Health Center. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, discharge planning, performing patient evaluations, establishing and implementing a plan of care, monitoring patient's progress.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with certificate from an accredited program in Physical Therapy.
  • Upon hire: California Physical Therapist License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Acute hospital setting.
  • Meditech.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
