Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Current Texas state license and CPR certification.
• Ability or willingness to create outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation treatment plans.
• Skill in working autonomously, efficiently, and effectively.
• Proficiency in basic PC skills, including EMR systems and office software.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to create and initiate tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver direct patient care following established protocols.
• Document patient findings, progress, and instructions comprehensively.
• Oversee patient care provided by assistants and technicians.
• Develop a written plan of care with specific goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatments as outlined in the plan.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and medical professionals.
