Total Compensation
  • Approximately $140,000-$160,000 total annual compensation
    (Base salary + incentives + CEU reimbursement + sign-on bonus + loan repayment)
  • Base Salary:$95,000-$115,000 (updated CA range)
  • Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500/month
  • Sign-on bonus up to $7,500
  • Student loan repayment up to $25,000
