Total Compensation- Approximately $140,000-$160,000 total annual compensation
(Base salary + incentives + CEU reimbursement + sign-on bonus + loan repayment) - Base Salary:$95,000-$115,000
- Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500/month
- Sign-on bonus up to $7,500

Services include:- Orthopedic & sports PT
- Manual therapy & soft-tissue mobilization
- Spine, neck, and back rehabilitation
- Pre- and post-operative rehab

What You'll Do- Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans
- Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab
- Educate patients & families on injury prevention and home programs
- Document care accurately in the EMR
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
- Participate in mentorship, team education, and ongoing CE
- Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations
Qualifications- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Active California PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hands-on orthopedic and sports-focused care
