Physical Therapist (Full-Time) - Outpatient Orthopedics

Join a collaborative outpatient orthopedic clinic where clinical autonomy, mentorship, and growth are part of everyday practice. At California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy (CRST), you'll be part of a clinician-led team committed to providing exceptional, hands-on care in a supportive environment.

Total Compensation
  • Approximately $140,000-$160,000 total annual compensation
    (Base salary + incentives + CEU reimbursement + sign-on + loan repayment)
  • Base Salary:$95,000-$115,000 (DOE)
  • Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500/month
  • Sign-on bonus up to $5,000+
  • Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
