Total Compensation- Approximately $140,000-$160,000 total annual compensation
(Base salary + incentives + CEU reimbursement + sign-on bonus + loan repayment) - Base Salary:$95,000-$115,000 (updated CA range)
- Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500/month

What You'll Do- Provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver manual therapy, functional rehab, and therapeutic exercise
- Document care accurately in the EMR system
- Educate patients and families on progress and prevention
- Collaborate with referring providers and clinic team members
- Participate in mentorship, team meetings, and CE opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and documentation standards
Qualifications- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Active California PT license (or eligibility)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality, hands-on orthopedic care
