Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent required
• Active California PT license (or eligibility) required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Dedication to high-quality, hands-on orthopedic care
• Open to both new graduates and experienced clinicians

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care
• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver manual therapy, functional rehabilitation, and therapeutic exercises
• Accurately document care using the EMR system
• Educate patients and their families about progress and prevention
• Collaborate with referring providers and clinic team members
• Participate in mentorship and CE opportunities
