Responsibilities
What You'll Do - Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy services
- Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education to maximize outcomes
- Treat a variety of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, sports-related, and chronic pain conditions
- Monitor patient progress using objective outcome measures and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with physicians, athletic trainers, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
- Empower patients to return to work, sport, recreation, and the activities they love
- Build meaningful relationships within the community you serve
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for North Carolina Physical Therapy licensure
- Passion for outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, and patient-centered care
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and exceptional patient outcomes
- Interest in professional development, continuing education, and clinical specialization
- CPR Certification required
About
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
