Overview

$80K-$95K with up to $10,000 sign on bonus - Pediatric PT - Integrated Care + School Based Setting

At HPRC - Pediatric Rehabilitation clinic location in Columbus, Georgia. You'll step into a role that goes far beyond traditional outpatient care. As part of a program affiliated with Easter Seals, you'll work in a fully integrated environment where therapy is embedded into a child's daily life. You'll collaborate side by side with Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists to support children with developmental delays and special needs while also treating outpatient pediatric patients from the local community. This is a rare opportunity to practice in one of the largest pediatric therapy settings in the region, where you can build meaningful relationships and see your impact in real time.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pediatric physical therapy services within a daycare setting, allowing children to receive care during their normal daily routines for more natural, real-world progress.


  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team (OT, SLP,) to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care.


  • Review each child's medical history, developmental milestones, and family concerns to guide evidence-based, individualized care.


  • Evaluate movement, strength, coordination, balance, and functional skills through play-based and standardized assessments in the child's everyday environment


  • Create individualized, family-centered treatment plans that support development and participation in daily daycare activities and routines.


  • Monitor progress closely and adjust the plan of care to meet each child's evolving needs.


  • Partner with families and caregivers by providing education, home exercise programs, and strategies to support progress outside of therapy sessions.
