If so, then All Star Physical Therapy in Coachella, CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our close-knit, outpatient orthopedic team. In this role, you ensure great patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PTA's. We are thrilled with our new AI documention software. It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients. All of our PT's receive daily productivity bonuses which often add up to around an extra $1300/month. Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.
  • Comply with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance.
  • Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public and all members of the healthcare team.
Qualifications
  • Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
  • AHA BLS required

About

Compensation: $48 - $65/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, up to a $10K sign on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
