Full Job Description
Position Overview:
  • Physical Therapist (PT) opportunity at RehabVisions South Bend PT & Sports Medicine Clinic in South Bend, Washington • OP clinic owned & operated by RehabVisions since 2015. https://southbend.rehabvisions.com/
  • 90% OP and 10% IP anticipated caseload
  • AI-assisted documentation in all clinics to streamline charting and save time
  • Evidence-based clinical programs to help you deliver top-quality patient outcomes
  • This is a growth position
  • Pay range $39 • $45 per hour, depending on experience
  • Quality-of-care bonus opportunities thatinclude cash incentives
  • This opportunityis sign-on bonus eligible to be received as cash, student loan assistance, career development, or a combination
  • Housing stipend of $1,000 per month for the first 6 months of employment

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat patients
  • Complete documentation
  • Plan, market and develop new programs
  • Communicate with patients, patients• families and physicians and staff
  • Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
  • Assist in the general operation of the department

Physical Therapist Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors (B.A., B.S. ), Master's degree (M.A., M.S. ) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
  • Graduate of a certified physical therapy program
  • Possess or be eligible for WA state licensure
