What You'll DoAs a Physical Therapist, you will:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their goals and functional needs.
- Provide evidence-based, one-on-one outpatient physical therapy services.
- Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, strength training, and functional movement.
- Build lasting relationships with patients through consistent care and communication.
- Educate patients on their condition, recovery plan, and strategies to maintain long-term health.
- Collaborate with your team to provide an exceptional patient experience.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications- Current Michigan Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure.
- Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics, post-surgical rehabilitation, manual therapy, balance training, or strength-based care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping patients improve their health, mobility, and quality of life.
