Total Potential Income with Revenue Sharing: $90,000-$105,000 annually
Base Pay: $77,000-$85,000
Relocation Bonus: $10,000
Student Loan Repayment: $5,250 per year

The Position and The Company:To expand access in underserved rural areas, we offer $90,000-$105,000 in total annual income for therapists hired in one of our rural clinics, including $77,000-$85,000 in salary, $10,000-$25,000 for student loan repayment in your first year, and a $10,000 relocation bonus.
What Does Your Role Look Like?- Manage a Balanced Caseload: Top performers treat an average of 11-12 patients per day, with one-on-one dedicated time with each patient. You can double-book only if it's not excessive, you are comfortable with it, and does not negatively impact care.
