Job Type: Full-Time - 40 hours per week. Work schedule may include shifts between 8:00 AM-8:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM-2:00 PM. Shifts are typically scheduled in 8-, 10-, or 11.5-hour increments, based on clinic needs. Final scheduling details will be reviewed and confirmed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

As a PT, You'll Achieve Success By:
  • Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
  • Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
  • Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
  • Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
  • Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.


Qualifications

Physical Therapist Requirements:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
  • Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
  • CPR and first aid certification required
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience as a licensed physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting
  • Open to new graduates with extensive orthopedic outpatient experience gained during clinical fieldwork
  • Experience with outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatment
