Job Type: Full-Time -
40 hours per week. Work schedule may include
shifts between 8:00 AM-8:00 PM and
Saturdays from 8:00 AM-2:00 PM. Shifts are typically scheduled in
8-, 10-, or 11.5-hour increments, based on clinic needs.

ResponsibilitiesAs a PT, You'll Achieve Success By:- Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
- Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
QualificationsPhysical Therapist Requirements: - Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
- Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
- CPR and first aid certification required
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience as a licensed physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Open to new graduates with extensive orthopedic outpatient experience gained during clinical fieldwork
- Experience with outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatment
Compensation: $85K - $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
