Join Our Growing Rehabilitation Team

Cooley Dickinson Hospital, a member of Mass General Brigham, is expanding our rehabilitation services in our Hadley location to better support the growing needs of our patients and community. As we continue to enhance access to high-quality outpatient physical therapy care, we are seeking additional Physical Therapists to join our collaborative and patient-focused team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing department where clinicians are empowered to provide individualized, one-on-one care while working alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals dedicated to achieving exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
  • Valid licensure as Physical Therapist in Massachusetts required
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist required.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems.
  • Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
  • Teaching others how to do something.
  • Excellent problem solving, case management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of related accreditation and certification requirements.
