CentraState isseeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. This position emphasizes patient-centered care, functional rehabilitation, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to help patients regain optimal mobility and function. Strong communication skills, clinical reasoning, and a commitment to evidence-based practice are essential.

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with referring providers and clinical team members.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and documentation standards.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
• Current state licensure or eligibility.
• Experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
• Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills.

Compensation Range: $81,900 - $139,230 annually

The compensation above reflects the established range from CentraState Healthcare System (CSHS) for this position at the time the job was posted. CSHS considers many factors to determine compensation, including education, experience, skills, licenses, certification, and training. As such, team member compensation may fall outside this range.

Additionally, the compensation range reflects base salary and does not include extra shift rates or incentives tied to quality, productivity, etc., as applicable.

Benefits as are made available to other similarly situated team members of CSHS, although participation is at all times in accordance with and subject to the eligibility and other provisions of such plans and programs.
