In this outpatient role,you willprovide high-qualitycare in a supportive clinic settingwith weekly bonus opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a strong focus on work-life balance.The clinic serves patients with general orthopedic needs as well as complex and non-complex neurologic diagnoses, including amputee care. An on-siteprosthetistpartnerscloselywiththetherapy team, creating an excellentcollaborativelearning environment.

Responsibilities

You will be successful in this role by:

  • Reviewing patient medical histories and completing thorough evaluations.
  • Identifyingpatient needs byobservingmovement patterns, listening to concerns, and applying clinical judgment.
  • Developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Using therapeutic exercise, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to improve mobility, manage pain, and prevent further injury.
  • Documenting patient progress and adjusting plans of care as clinicallyappropriate.
  • Collaborating with occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, prosthetics, and other care partners to support patient outcomes.
  • Educating patients and family members throughout the recovery process.
Qualifications

Compensation: $85,000-$95,000/yrinclusive of productivity incentives, withadditionalcompensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
