Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedic Setting An opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Windsor, Colorado. This position involves evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with a skilled healthcare team to improve patient mobility and recovery.
Position Overview: - Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Compensation: $90,000-$105,000 per year, based on experience, plus a full benefits package
Core Responsibilities:• 1-1 1/2 patients an hour.
- Conduct patient assessments and implement targeted therapy plans.
- Work in coordination with referring providers and other healthcare professionals.
- Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants while maintaining compliance with state regulations.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation.
- Foster a positive clinical environment through teamwork and patient engagement.
Requirements - Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Physical Therapy license in Colorado or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong commitment to patient-focused care using evidence-based practices.
- Familiarity with WebPT EMR is advantageous but not mandatory.
