Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 per year

Location: Patchogue, New York

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Job Overview:

As part of our outpatient care team, you'll evaluate, treat, and guide patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. We're looking for a clinician who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting.
