About the Physical Therapist PositionWe are looking for a Physical Therapist who can evaluate patients, create practical treatment plans, guide therapy sessions, and support patients as they improve movement, strength, balance, and daily function.
This role is open to experienced Physical Therapists and
new graduates who are ready to begin their clinical career in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
Preferred Work Schedule OptionsOption 1: Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Tuesday off each week
Option 2: Monday-Friday Schedule- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
- Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Responsibilities- Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing patient reassessments
- Develop treatment plans based on patient goals, diagnosis, and physical presentation
- Provide therapy for orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical recovery, weakness, and mobility concerns
- Lead patients through strengthening, stretching, balance training, mobility work, and functional activities
- Use manual therapy and appropriate treatment techniques within scope of practice
- Educate patients on home programs, recovery expectations, and safe movement habits
- Monitor patient progress and make changes to the plan of care as needed
- Complete accurate documentation through WebPT
- Collaborate with PTAs and the clinic team
Requirements- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong patient communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work well in a team-based clinic setting
