FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (DPT) to help launch and grow a new outpatient clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who wants more than a standard staff role - offering input into clinic culture, strong mentorship, and room to grow as the clinic expands.

Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $95,000-$105,000 (based on experience)
- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus (for qualified candidates)

Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care
- Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedics, vestibular, balance, and neuro
- Collaborate with leadership to help establish clinic workflows and culture
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation
- Contribute to clinic growth through patient engagement and community outreach
- Work closely with PTAs and support staff
Qualifications- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Texas PT license (or license-eligible)
- Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, neuro, and balance therapy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Desire to grow professionally and help build a great clinic
