Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary:$85,000-$95,000 per year
About the Position

We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient physical therapy team in Miami, Florida.

We welcome Physical Therapists at all experience levels, including experienced clinicians, early-career Physical Therapists, and recent graduates. We offer a supportive and collaborative environment where clinicians can continue developing their skills while providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Our practice focuses on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, with patients presenting with a variety of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, balance, and functional mobility conditions.
Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnoses, functional limitations, and goals.
  • Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy services.
  • Treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, balance, and functional mobility conditions.
  • Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, gait training, and other appropriate interventions.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment plan, home exercise program, injury prevention, and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, caregivers, and the healthcare team.
  • Provide excellent patient care and promote positive patient outcomes.
  • Participate in a collaborative clinical environment and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
Qualifications
