Our modern outpatient clinic specializes in personalized physical therapy, balance and vestibular rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and fall prevention. We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals while mentoring teammates and contributing to the continued success of our clinic.

What You'll Do- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
- Help mentor and support fellow clinicians
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to enhance patient outcomes and clinic performance
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness
- Foster a positive, patient-centered clinic culture
What We're Looking For- Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience required
- Vestibular rehabilitation experience is a strong plus
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to clinical excellence
- Desire to grow professionally into clinic leadership
