Physical Therapist (PT) - Job Description

Position Summary:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized therapeutic programs to help patients improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore physical function following injury, surgery, illness, or chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and limitations through functional and diagnostic tests.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans focused on improving strength, mobility, and functional independence.
  • Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies for injury prevention.
