Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance has an immediate opportunity for a motivated full-time Physical Therapist Director with an entrepreneurial spirit for our fun and energetic outpatient clinic in Milford. What You'll Do: • Show strong emphasis on excellent patient care, quality, efficiency, and outcomes. • Be a self-starter who has a strong work ethic and is team-oriented in nature. • Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies • Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports • Additional duties as Clinic Director Qualifications • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Program. • Current State of Delaware Physical Therapist license, CPR certification. • Outgoing and energetic personality.
