Physical Therapist Director Winchester, VAFull-Time $90,000-$120,000 per year Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PMAbout This RoleWe are seeking a Physical Therapist Director for an outpatient physical therapy office in Winchester, VA. This position is ideal for a licensed PT who wants to stay involved in patient care while taking on a stronger leadership role within the clinic.
You will help guide the patient care experience from evaluation through discharge, support clinical staff, and keep daily operations running with structure and professionalism. This role is hands-on, people-focused, and important to the overall success of the clinic.
Responsibilities- Complete initial evaluations and develop individualized care plans
- Treat patients recovering from injury, surgery, pain, weakness, or mobility limitations
- Provide clinical direction to therapy staff and support team members
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans when needed
- Review documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timely completion
- Help maintain smooth clinic flow and daily care coordination
- Communicate with providers, referral sources, patients, and families
Requirements- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- Prior leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
