The Physical Therapist Director will provide treatment, guide staff, review care plans, and help maintain an organized clinic environment.
What Your Day May Include- Evaluating new patients and setting realistic therapy goals
- Providing outpatient treatment for orthopedic and mobility-related conditions
- Checking in with staff about patient progress and clinical questions
- Reviewing notes, care plans, and discharge summaries
- Helping keep schedules, patient flow, and communication on track
- Coordinating with physicians and referral partners
- Supporting a positive clinic experience for patients and staff
- Making practical decisions that support care quality and clinic efficiency
Requirements- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- Prior leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
