Seeking Autonomous, Caring Physical Therapists for Home Visits
Multiple opportunities are available. Options range from Full-time to part-time, part-time with benefits, Per diem and Float positionsResponsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical condition, including range of motion, strength, balance, and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy 1 patient at a time, including therapeutic interventions for improved functional outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and injury prevention strategies.
- Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with other members of the rehabilitation team to ensure coordinated and effective care.

Qualifications:- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
