Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required
• Master's degree preferred for advanced knowledge
• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Preferably has outpatient experience
• Interest or skills in manual therapy is beneficial
• Ability to work as a solo provider is necessary
• Strong communication and leadership skills essential

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage patient care at the Winchester clinic
• Deliver personalized one-on-one physical therapy sessions
• Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload
• Craft individualized care plans based on patient goals
• Implement manual therapy, active rehabilitation, and mobility training
• Utilize fitness facility for strength training and recovery exercises
• Document all patient care activities in Athena Health system
• Support patient progress and ensure adherence to care plans
• Contribute to the growth and outreach of the clinic
