About the Role:As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting initial and ongoing assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Executing physical therapy interventions, including exercise programs, mobility training, and equipment training
- Collaborating with other healthcare disciplines to ensure comprehensive resident care
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of resident progress
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes
- Pay starts at $44/hr for FT and increases based on experience level.
Responsibilities:- Provide physical therapy services to our skilled nursing and assisted living residents
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with specific goals and objectives
- Conduct progress assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and treatment plans
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements:- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
- Minimum 0 years of experience in a long-term care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
