Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Job Summary:At Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Webster, we are seeking full-time and per diem Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a PTA at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and therapy services to our residents. Weekly pay up to $40 an hour.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the provision, collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Participate in clinical program development and implementation
- Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers
- Monitor efficiencies on an ongoing basis in collaboration with supervisor
- Document activities according to the company's clinical documentation system on a timely basis
- Demonstrate consistent knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations
Requirements:- Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
- CEU's per state licensure requirements
- Must possess an active and unencumbered PTA license in Massachusetts or be in the process of obtaining one
