Compensation- Approximately $122,000-$132,000 total annual compensation
(Hourly pay + incentives + CEU reimbursement + benefits) - Hourly Rate:$36-$42/hr (DOE)
- Monthly productivity incentives up to $2,500

What You'll Do- Provide high-quality, hands-on PT treatment under PT supervision
- Follow individualized plans of care
- Document treatment notes in our modern EMR
- Track patient progress and update plans as needed
- Support clinicians and collaborate with clinic staff
- Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehab journey
- Maintain compliance with state, payer, and federal standards
Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited PTA program
- Active (or eligible) California PTA license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
