Title: Physical Therapist

Compensation: $100,000+

Role:
The Physical Therapist of Tomorrow. "PTOT" (pee- tot)

Are you ready to pioneer a new era of physical therapy and make a measurable impact on patient care and our profession? As a PTOT in our practice, you won't just evaluate and treat patients - you will positively change lives, create immediate value and results day one, and directly shape a new model of non-insurance driven, patient centric, primary care physical therapy. Our therapists thrive under a pay-for-performance model that empowers them to set their own earning potential and be fairly compensated for their expertise and results.

At Apex, our values are Altruism, Collaboration, Accountability, Growth Mindset, and Social Responsibility. As a PT of Tomorrow, you'll embody these values by going above and beyond for those we serve and your team, embracing the joy of continuous learning and impacting the community through outreach and education. Your work will not only reflect your personal effort but also contribute to our mission: to change lives and challenge the status quo in physical therapy.
In this role, you'll optimally exercise autonomy and utilize your skills as a Doctor of Physical Therapy for the diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal health and wellness. Here's how you will make an impact:
• Expert Evaluation: Perform evaluations as the first point of contact for musculoskeletal pain, injury or wellness, without patients having to wait weeks and sometimes months to receive the care they need.
• Patient Centric Care: Learn and provide cutting-edge diagnostics and treatment techniques that provide patients with immediate value and results, without being limited by the constraints of insurance companies. Free from the pressure of unrealistic patient quotas, our therapists build real connections with each individual, guiding them through every step of their recovery journey.
• Community Outreach: Educate our community on the benefits of physical therapy by attending various events such as CrossFit competitions, 5K Runs, and wellness expos with various gyms, yoga studios and rec centers.
• Mentorship: Inspire others through various teaching opportunities such as being a clinical instructor for DPT students, performing specialty lectures at local Universities, and elevating your role within the company through leadership opportunities, specialty program development and team coaching.

This role offers significant career growth and PAID learning opportunities that are rarely seen at other practices. Here's how you will grow:
• Musculoskeletal Ultrasound: Learn how to evaluate, diagnose, and curate laser focused treatment plans utilizing ultrasound. Education includes Fellowship in Musculoskeletal ultrasound (FMSK) or choose to earn the same credentials as a physician and complete the RMSK (registered in musculoskeletal sonography). Study alongside a team of trained sonographers for real time mentorship in the clinic.
• EMG/NCS: Learn how to evaluate, diagnose and curate laser focused treatment plans by performing EMG/NCS testing as a part of your primary care evaluation. Become Board Specialty Certified in Clinical Electromyography (ECS). Study directly under one of the practice owners who holds his ECS and gain invaluable clinical mentorship.
• Dry Needling: Learn upper, lower and a specialty course in ultrasound guided dry needling techniques. We teach our own nation-wide Fellowship in Dry Needling course (FDN) , with the opportunity to study directly under the course instructor and gain invaluable clinical mentorship.
• Neufit Method: Learn how to implement cutting edge Neufit technology, used by the Pros and as mentioned on the Joe Rogan podcast, to unleash the power of the nervous system and get life-changing results for your patients. (25 CEU's)
