Pay Range:$37.71 - $56.57

HSHS St Vincent Hospital, St. Mary's Hospital and St. Clare Hospital are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. Position Specifics:
• Department: Acute Care
• Core Function: Rehab/Therapy/Sleep
• Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours weekly, 8-4:30pm and late shifts are rotated (9-5:30pm), no call, every third weekend (Sat and Sun), 2 holidays per year
2 days per week will be spent at St. Clare Hospital in Oconto Falls
• Facility: St. Vincent Hospital, St. Mary's Hospital, St. Clare Hospital
• Location: Green Bay, WI and Oconto Falls, WI

Education Qualifications- Graduate (e.g., bachelors, master, or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice is required.
Experience QualificationsCertifications, Licenses and Registrations- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice is required.
- Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.
- Illinois: Following physical therapy philosophies and standards of care set by Illinois Physical Therapy Act and other applicable governing agencies, licensure is required within 1 year for individuals meeting all other applicable requirements.
