Full Job Description
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a staff Physical Therapist to join a A leading outpatient physical therapy provider specializing in personalized, evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, and individualized patient care.. This is a fully onsite position in Centreville, VA.

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
  • Evaluate patients to identify mobility limitations, functional deficits, pain, and other musculoskeletal impairments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatment focused on restoring mobility, strength, function, and quality of life.
  • Utilize skilled manual therapy techniques and individualized therapeutic exercise programs to support patient recovery and help prevent re-injury.
  • Monitor patient progress throughout treatment and adjust therapy programs based on individual needs, functional goals, and response to treatment.
  • Educate patients on exercises, movement strategies, and techniques to help maintain mobility and function beyond their course of therapy.
  • Provide individualized, patient-focused care in an outpatient rehabilitation environment.
  • Perform physical therapy programs under the general supervision of the Clinical Director.


Qualifications for the Physical Therapist:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited Physical Therapy program ( No prior professional Physical Therapist experience required; new graduates are eligible for consideration ).
  • Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) and/or current licensure, certification, or registration in accordance with applicable state requirements.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and sit for prolonged periods and possess full use of gross and fine motor skills of the upper and lower extremities.
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Desired
    • Dry Needling certification.


Compensation for the Physical Therapist:
  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 *depending on experience*
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Plan, PTO, Holidays, Sick Leave if required by law
