full-time Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to our post-operative and non-operative orthopedic patients, at our
Ludlow office.

What You'll Do- Provide direct care to patients in a courteous, empathetic, and professional manner
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs
- Modify goals and treatment plans as needed based on patient progress
- Coordinate care efficiently, often managing two patients simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
- Perform necessary non-direct care tasks to support the rehabilitation process
What We're Looking For- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy License (required)
- Experience in orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, time management, and clinical skills

Schedule- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- 8-hour shifts

CompensationSalary is based on experience, with a range of $75,000 - $110,000 annually.
