Location: Erie, Huron and Lorain Counties Negotiable salaries between $100,000.00-$130,000.00 annually. Job Responsibilities:- Supervision to Asst. therapy staff
- Communicating daily with office staff to accept new patients, complete paperwork and turn in payroll
- Keeping open communication with patients and home health agencies to promote a positive and caring experience
- Facilitating communication with Physical Therapist Assistant to manage patient care
- Completion of Evaluation, Plan of Care, Reassessment, and Discharge visits and paperwork
- Attend meetings and case conferences
Job Requirements:- Current Physical Therapist Licensure
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Ability to travel to patient's home or facility
- Strong communication skills
- Home healthcare experience preferred
- This position requires daily commute to patients' homes and facilities in a 40-mile radius of Lorain, OH
