  • Own and continuously improve operational standards and procedures; ensure team adherence through training and communication
  • Define software enhancement specifications based on operational experience; perform UAT for new releases

  • Serve as escalation point for cardholder inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely resolution
  • Triage field issues and manage technical service calls with vendors and integration partners
  • Represent the team in audit and compliance inquiries; maintain accurate documentation of standards and controls
  • Maintain and advance physical security systems including PIAM, PACS, VMS, Key & Asset Management, and mobile badge platforms
  • Perform first line maintenance on physical security systems and hardware

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in physical security technology, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team coordination role managing access control, video surveillance, or integrated security platforms

  • Proven track record managing security badge lifecycle operations, including credential provisioning, visitor management systems, key/asset tracking platforms, and mobile access technologies
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and vendor management skills, with experience coordinating field service, diagnosing system issues, and serving as technical liaison between internal stakeholders and integration partners

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional security certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), or vendor-specific certifications (Lenel, Genetec, Gallagher, HID, etc.)
  • Experience working within Agile/CI/CD software development environments, including participation in sprint planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), writing technical specifications, and contributing to product roadmap discussions
  • Hands-on experience with Physical Identity Access Management (PIAM) platforms such as iDL, IMS, or similar identity lifecycle management solutions that bridge HR systems and physical security infrastructure
  • Knowledge of security compliance frameworks and audit processes, including experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, or corporate security policy audits with strong documentation and control evidence practices
