Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in designing physical security systems specific to data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing security standards across multiple sites.
• Ability to create risk-driven, layered security designs rather than simply installation-focused.
• Experience in navigating customer and compliance security reviews thoroughly.
• Skills in integrating security plans with construction timelines to ensure seamless project execution.
• Preferred credentials include PSP or CPP, and familiarity with access control and VMS platforms on a large scale, especially in government or hyperscale environments.
• Knowledge of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) principles.

Responsibilities

• Design physical security systems ensuring effective perimeter, access control, and surveillance for all sites.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive security reference package including standards and equipment specifications.
• Adapt security designs based on risk assessments and the specific threat model of high-value computing resources.
• Develop and execute vendor and integrator strategies, ensuring adherence to security specifications and standards.
• Coordinate and integrate security systems with ongoing construction schedules to avoid project delays.
