LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Physical and Soft Tissue Therapy - Domain Lead to join our team.

Location: Eglin AFB, FL

Job Description:

The Physical and Soft Tissue Therapy Domain Lead oversees delivery standards and clinical integration of therapy services in the CRAFT program. This role guides PTs and LMTs and aligns services with operational readiness goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on PT and LMT strategies for aircrew.
  • Design, deliver, and maintain instructor onboarding and qualification training courses for new personnel within the domain.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding and qualification courses for PT and LMT personnel.
  • Ensure all curriculum is current, evidence-based, and aligned with operational demands.
  • Lead quarterly synchronization calls with the PT and LMT team across the CRAFT program.
  • Support research initiatives and assist with program evaluation.
  • Participate in curriculum development and standardization across sites.
  • Participate in the development and refinement of Plan of Action & Milestones (POAM), requirements documentation, and program expansion initiatives.
  • Other related duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Sport Psychology, Human Performance, or related.
  • 7+ years of experience in providing PT or LMT services within tactical aviation populations or high performance DoD operational communities.
  • 2+ Years of leadership and management experience with efforts of similar size and complexity.
  • Relevant license/certification from a nationally recognized organization demonstrating competency.
  • Current CPR and AED certification.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Planner (preferred) or similar project tracking software.
