Job DescriptionThe Mayo Clinic Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is seeking a board-certified/eligible Brain Injury physiatrist to join an established subspecialty practice. Clinical practice opportunities are available across the continuum of care for patients with acquired brain injury or illness.
Highlights:- Inpatient and outpatient acquired brain injury care in adults
- Faculty position with the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine
Duties and Responsibilities:- Serve as practicing physician in interdisciplinary teams for acute care consult service, CARF-accredited rehabilitation unit, and CARF-accredited comprehensive outpatient program
- Standard scheduled with intermittent weekend and holiday coverage
- Clinical supervision and education of brain injury medicine fellow, PM&R residents, and medical students
- Option for involvement in Neuro rehabilitation clinic and Spasticity Clinic depending on candidate experience and/or interest
- Inpatient and outpatient acquired brain injury care in adults

Qualifications- Board Certified in PM&R
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Medicine
- Minnesota medical license or ability to obtain
