Qualifications

• Proven safety record and ability to support the team in achieving safety and production goals.
• 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance role is essential.
• Preferred supervisory or lead experience in a maintenance environment.
• Technical training in maintenance or mechanics is a plus (diplomas, certificates, or degree).
• Ability to understand the impact of own role on overall business objectives is critical.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adjust priorities as needed.
• Strong communication skills to convey information clearly to all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of maintenance technicians.
• Train and mentor technicians to enhance their skills.
• Engage the maintenance crew to ensure safety and efficiency in maintenance tasks.
• Develop and refine area maintenance strategies in collaboration with the production team.
• Ensure timely completion of Predictive Maintenance tasks for optimal equipment performance.
• Strive to foster a safe and productive team environment.
• Oversee accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
