Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance functions required.
• Preferred supervisory or lead-person experience.
• Technical training or relevant certifications in maintenance or mechanics preferred.
• Understanding of how individual role impacts overall business objectives required.
• Ability to work independently while adjusting priorities as needed required.
• Effective communication skills to convey information clearly across all levels required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of maintenance technicians.
• Train and coach technicians effectively.
• Engage with the maintenance crew to enhance safety and efficiency.
• Establish and refine maintenance strategies in collaboration with the production team.
• Ensure completion of Predictive Maintenance and routine tasks for optimal equipment performance.
• Develop a safe and productive team environment.
• Accurately complete necessary documentation.
• Perform additional assigned duties as needed.
