OverviewPharmacy Manager - NCH- Colebrook, NHVytlOne is looking for a compassionate, customer service oriented Pharmacy Manager needed for NCH location, a community healthcare center based retail pharmacy located in Colebrook, NH. In this integrated model, the Pharmacy Manager will work closely with providers and clinic staff collaboratively, providing team-based medicine with a strong pharmacy component to provide optimal care for patients.
We have a highly competitive offer package, with a targeted salary range of $175,000-187,000 a year depending on experience, a $10,000 sign on bonus, quarterly bonuses, and a relocation package as needed. ):- Assist the Regional Manager and or the Executive VP of Operations ensure the pharmacy provides optimal service, meets legal and accreditation/certification requirements, and complies with all policies and standards of Maxor National Pharmacy Services Corporation.
- Maintain daily operation of pharmacy department by supervising pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in the routine performance of their duties.
- Provide appropriate technical and customer service training for pharmacy staff.
- Review and update established drug-therapy guidelines and other policies and procedures, in conjunction with the Regional Manager and/or the Executive VP of Operations, for use by physicians, nurses, and pharmacists.
- Provide drug information to meet the needs of physicians and nurses through direct contact or in-service programs.
- Prepare various reports and maintain records or supervise the maintenance of records as required or requested by the Regional Manager and/or the Executive VP of Operations.
- Maintain current knowledge of drug therapies and drug reactions and interactions by reading professional literature, attending seminars and utilizing professional affiliations.
- Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Successful candidates will possess the following education and experience necessary for this position:
Education:- Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Current New Hampshite Pharmacist license
Experience:- Minimum of 3 years of retail and/or clinic-based pharmacy management experience;
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills;
- Ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills;
- Prior knowledge of local, state, and federal accrediting body and OSHA rules and regulations preferred.
